These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, websites, and applications operated under the SMC24K brand at smc24k.com ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

SMC24K provides sovereign Money Center 24K — premium financial services. The Service is operated as part of the Sovereign Empire group. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we may suspend or discontinue the Service in whole or in part with reasonable notice when feasible.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts

If the Service requires an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Open-source components are provided under their respective licenses.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant SMC24K a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content solely as needed to operate the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.

If the Service includes paid features, applicable fees and billing terms will be presented before purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services. SMC24K is not responsible for third-party content or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.
